Easy College Run-8.1km

12pm- Just an easy "college" run today, felt slow to begin with but better after a couple of km.
I was up a bit last night looking after 2 sick kids and a very "flu'ey " wife. Just gotta try and steer clear of the dreaded lurgy now.
Another beautiful day out there. I hope it starts to heat up soon, wouldn't mind a few hot midday runs in prep for GH.
