Longueville Loop-12.1km

12pm- Gusty winds blowing and the temperature dropped considerably as I made my way to Lane Cove from work. Ran down to Longueville and returned via Riverview College to work.
I was so cold to begin with I found myself running faster than intended, decided to stay with the pace and build up to what turned out to be a good tempo run. Felt better on the hills today.
