Easy LCNP-14km

12pm- Lane Cove -Chatswood Golf course via Lane Cove River and Fullers Bridge. Into the park and exit at Scribbly. Crossed Epping road for East Ryde and return via Blackman Park to office. Actually a few runners about today, I thought the City to Surf had been called off!
Legs and body in general felt a whole lot better than Monday's run. I took yesterday off and will probably have another rest day before this weekends bush run with some mates. ;-)
