Singing in the rain.

6:45am- Warm, wet and humid. Got out and did my "Longueville Loop" run, which runs from Lane Cove West to Lane Cove-Longueville peninsula-Riverview-StIgnatius College- Lane Cove West.
Legs felt fresh on the flat but struggled a bit on the hills, no doubt some of B2H still lingering.
Apart from the hills a good run with some faster kms in there just to mix it up, bit of a fartlek type session.
