12pm-Another acclimatising midday run under a hot sun, where's this weather come from?
Easy 20 minutes to Lane Cove and back. Trotted along with Tony who's doing his first 6FT this weekend. Just saw the wave start list and it looks like wave 2 again this year. Good, I get to chase down some wave 1 guys again ;-)
