Easy College and Longueville Loop-12km

12pm- Ran with Tony and Leigh, good to catch up with how my two mates from work went at Port IM yesterday with Tony spectating. Stellar virgin efforts of 11.15 and 11.45 each, awesome. Ran to Riverview college taking it very easy before Tony and Leigh peeled away leaving me to run down Longueville alone. Kept the HR low, focus on recovery, felt very good.
