GNW and LCNP-26km

6am- Ran with Tony. Did the usual loop from Lane Cove West to Hunters Hill via Fig Tree Bridge and the GNW. From there through East Ryde and across Epping Road into LCNP at Plassey Rd. Ran down Scribbly Gums and hung a left up the hill to the Ryde Rd gate. Returned down to the weir, lots of runners about today, bumped into Boof once again. Ran under Fullers bridge and into Chatswood golf course, back out onto the singletrack that skirts Lane Cove river, up Mowbray Rd and back to work taking in an extra loop through Lane Cove West.

A good run in much cooler conditions, still some humidity about.
