Coolrunning...

12pm- River run/GNW/LCNP run on a cold day with a biting wind. Actually quite enjoy cold weather running once warmed up. Moderate pace today although I threw some "speedwork" in with a few faster kms through the park, and not one other runner in LCNP either! Garmin went AWOL chopping nearly 1.5km off this run. Still managed to run the fastest over this course for a while. Bugger all sleep last night with 3 sick girls so happy to get through this one.
