Tempo Tuesday

12pm- Had planned to go running with Virtual today but our meeting schedules prevented that happening. Instead I wondered out at lunchtime for a short sharpish workout.
Ran to Riverview collge once more (I gotta start finding alternate routes) starting out with some 4:50s and then slowly winding it up to what was around tempo pace.
Perfect running weather, I love this time of the year.
