Bike-47km

6am- Laps at LCNP was on the agenda today, rode with Toby from work. Got there as it was just getting bright. Cool but certainly not as cold as yesterday. Felt pretty ordinary on the bike today, not a lot in the legs on the hills so backed off the pace some and just rolled out an easy 47km. Bumped into Marty on route who is preparing for his 12hr stint at Eastern Creek, teaming up with none other than Toby, my mate from work.

Good ride but legs need a break before Saturdays 10km.
