River-LCNP Run

6:15am- Cool start to the day, I actually wished I had my gloves as we entered LCNP.
Ran along LC river to Chatswood golf course and into the park. Not many runners about, a few cyclists donning tights and beanies. Warmed up a little as we reached the Ryde rd gates. We exited at Scribbly Gums on Plassey Rd and crossed Epping Rd to East Ryde. Finished with a run through to Blackman Park and then back to the office.

Felt very comfortable sitting on 5:15-5:20s. Interesting, I got 18.5km on my 301(short) and Tony got 19.5km on his 201, a whole km difference. Would be interesting to see how accurate the x05s go through LCNP?
