Mr Mum

I have huge respect for stay home Mums, I need a holiday, actually I'm looking forward to getting back to work! Not much on the running front, I am forced to stay home and spin on the mag trainer. A couple of sessions over the past few days, about an hour each, hard work in this humidity. Probably not a bad thing giving the joints a few days off. Sue returns today so might try and pop out this arvo for a quick run. At least it will be a bit cooler. 39C forecast for Richmond today, so we should sit on 38C or so here.
