Fartlek Fun-14.1km

12pm- A shorter run today so I decided to up the intensity a little. After a few easy kms through Lane Cove I threw in a few faster kms, felt great. Once at the oval in Longueville I ran a few laps, each one faster than the previous, just mucking about. Hard up the hill to River road and back to Lane Cove via Riverview College with more surges. Finished 14.1km in 64 minutes feeling like I could have ran all day. It's nice when an effortless run like that happens every now and again.
