GNW-LCNP-24.5km

6.15am- Joined by Virtual and Sub50 for a pleasant run through LCNP up to the gates and back, exiting at Scribbly Gums. We then crossed Epping Rd ran through East Ryde where the others peeled off short. I hooked up with the GNW trail through Hunters Hill and returned to work passing through Linley Point, across Fig Tree Bridge, back to the office.
Heat training is having an affect. I wore 3 layers, a New Balance running jacket with shell and long pants. Had the desired affect as I was drenched when I finished,noticeably tougher on the system running whilst cooking!
