Virtual 5km Race

Raced my virtual partner over 5km this morning, that is my Forerunner virtual partner.
Nifty little gadget where you can set pace, distance or time for you're vitual race and then see who finishes first. LCD displays all necessary data including how far ahead or behind you are, pace and distance to go. Not hard to lose depending on what pace you input but I managed to get it down to the last 100mtrs, put in a sprint and took the honours ;-)
Finished up with 1km warm down. Pace was about what I expect to run tomorrow, provided I'm not too wasted coming off the bike!
