Went out too hard (as usual) but held it together through the middle, slipped a bit 6-9km but brought it home with a 3:49 last km!Pleased to knock 48 seconds off my PB and at last come under 42 mins. Next time I will try and hold onto a more even pace.
Great to see so many PBs out there today, conditions were perfect for it. Must mention Mister G's BIG PB and of course Lonewolf's first sub 40min, well done guys!
Great to catch up with everyone at the Corso for breakfast too, nice way to round off the morning, oh and nice to meet our ultra running friend from the UK CR Siri.
