Wet and soggy midweeker

6:30am- Ran to Mowbray Park and along river to LCNP. The weir was overflowing so wandered back over Fullers bridge and into the park from the opposite side. Easy pace again today, nice social running with Tony and Dave. Exited at Scribblys out onto Plassey Rd and across Epping Rd into East Ryde. Returned to work via Blackman Park.
Hammie felt better today, still some niggling pain so will avoid any speedwork until after C2K.
