Catch up..

Australia Day 26th- Took the bike out for a ride to Richmond return. Good solid ride on a flat road surface, 38km with average speed 32km/hr.

Thursday-8am- Took the day off work for an extended weekend.
Got out for a 9.2km (4:55 pace) run to Vineyard return along the rail line from Riverstone.
Warm and muggy morning.

Still battling a head cold with the kids catching it too.
