Muggy midweek

12pm- Ventured out into LCNP via Lane Cove River and Chatswood golf course for a very sultry/muggy run. Ran alone for the first time in a while, it was good to reflect on the last few weeks and of course 6 Foot. There wasn't a soul about the place, where have all the midday runners in LCNP gone to? Returned to work via East Ryde and Blackman Park.
