Fartlek Friday-15km

6am-River Run- Lane Cove to Rotary Track along river trail to Chatswood Golf course, across Fullers Bridge and into LCNP. Ran up to Scribblys exit (met CR Barney) back across Epping Rd into East Ryde picking up the river trail again back to Blackman Park, ran a lap and back to work. Took advantage of the cooler temps this morning and ran some tempo pace through the park. It must have been 100% humidity, I was soaked right through.
