6am-Rode from Plassey Rd to the Dehli Rd on ramp. Old Windsor Rd return.
The bike lane is still open for now, might have to go back to LCNP laps next week however.
Nice negative split of 6 minutes on the way back. Ave speed 34.8km/hr.
