Midweek Long-19km

6:15am- A cooler morning making for a nice change. Five of us headed off for a GNW/River Run today. Very easy pace as we strolled along the river through Chatswood golf course and into LCNP before heading back into East Ryde and hitting the bush along the boardwalks of the GNW.
We tried our best to "encourage" Brendan to join us for the full 19km but he's got an eye on Cradle at the weekend, fair nuff I suppose, so himself and Leigh peeled off at the pipe bridge crossing Lane Cove river. Finished the run feeling refreshed.

You guys almost had me there. But my "short" option still took 1hr 30min. So much for a taper.

Yep it was pleasant this morning although still humid. I t would have been pleasant amongst the trees and that part of the GNW.
