Longuie Loop and Oval-14km

12pm- Warm and humid today as I ducked out for a lunchtime hitout. Ran down through Lane Cove and into Longueville, did a few laps of the oval and continued on through Riverview College and back to work. Steady pace finishing with an average of 4:53/km.
