Lunchtime sauna-13.5km

That's how it felt on the way out, hot and very humid.
River run, so along the river through the golf club and into LCNP. Exit at Scribbly and Plassey Rd and then through East Ryde and back to work.
Sub 50 and Virtual tagging along. It was nice having a lie in this morning instead of the usual mid week long run.
Got a new pair of Asic 2120 trail shoes from the US (thanks Brendan, not yet available in Australia) Very light, I guess a bit of a hybrid road/trail shoe, haven't tried them out yet but they look and feel the goods. We'll see...
