GNW/LCNP Long-19km

Same run as last week, with Scott (Sub 50) and Yi from work running today.
Easy through to Hunters Hill along the river and boardwalks of the GNW. Pleasant albeit humid morning. No CR sightings in the park today, it was very quiet actually.
New shoes today 2100s- 2nd (free) pair from Paul's Warehouse virgin voyage mmmm...cushioning. :)
