Run-Swim-Run

12pm- Man it was hot today, where the hell did Autumn go?
Ran to Lane Cove pool and thankfully the school swim carnivals are finished so got to swim in the outdoor 50m pool. I was surprised at how clean it is, given it's nearing the end of the season. Swam 20 laps (1km) felt good. With the BRW corporate triathlon fast approaching I need to get back in the water more often. :)
Sprinted back to work (5km all up), parched when I got back to the office.
