Longueville loops and laps-15km

12pm- Big crowd today with Tony, Toby, Sub 50, Keith and Leigh. We ran through Lane Cove to Longueville Rd and parted ways. Sub 50 and I continued down the peninsula for some grass oval laps, eight in fact. Good running we picked up the average pace on the way back from 4:57/km to finish with the 15km in 4:46/km.
