Midweek Long Run

Another cool morning with some drizzle about. Set off at 6am with a mate from work. Ran through Lane Cove National Park and out up Scribbly Gum. Back into East Ryde and then onto Hunters Hill through some of the trailwalker course before returning to Lane Cove. Nice easy pace, lots of conversation.
Few people out and about on their bikes and running. About one third of this run is in the bush which is great. All up 19km.
On another note, during yesterdays run (early morning) I managed to shoulder charge a tree on a boardwalk section to the track. Came up in a nice bruise today and sore. Doh!
