River-Bush Run 10.5km

Ran at luchtime to Chatswood golf course via Lane Cove river. This bush run takes in the beautiful boardwalks and mangroves of the LC river. Returned same way back through Blackman Pk to work. Ran easy for 4:58/km pace. Calves were tight after yesterdays STaR so gave them a good stretch upon warm down.
