Easy College Run-8km

Nice and easy trot at lunchtime, beautiful day out there compared to the last few days.
Enjoying this low volume week, feeling nice and fresh for the weekend. Average pace was 4:45/km.
Considered getting on the bike this morning but after realising it was 7 degrees out my way, decided to run instead, might try and get on the windtrainer later.
