After a lie in this morning I took to the local streets for a leisurly run through Riverstone and Schofields to watch my nephew playing soccer. It was good to have an extra couple of hours sleep after what's been a busy week at work. Pace was 4:44/km.

Still undecided whether to run SMC or STaR tomorrow hmmm..
