Wet and windy tempo

12:10pm- 8.06km (4:35/km)

Was gonna go for a swim at lunchtime but decided a run in the rain would be more fun (turned out to be a bit of a swim anyhow).
Ran to Riverview again and through the college there (not much off road running this week due to wet weather) and back to Lane Cove. Rained hard the whole time with a wicked gusty wind blowing, all making the run that much more exhilerating.
