Coolrunning....

Coldest day of the year today, still great weather for running. Ran from the office to Chatswood golf course and on into LCNP. Not many runners in the park today. Exited LCNP at Scribbly and continued across Epping Rd into East Ryde and back down to the pipe bridge at Magdala Rd. Ran the single track along Lane Cove river to Blackman Park and returned to the office. I was a little wary of my ankle today "off road" but took it nice and easy. There is still some mild swellling but it's coming good.
Legs are feeling a lot better but still a little fatigued from last weekend. Sleep hasn't been good this week either, sick kids waking up at night doesn't help.

Might try and go for a swim tomorrow, it's been a while.
