Still recovering

12pm- Ran from work to LCNP via the river and golf course. Through the park, stopped to chat to MPHaz and then continued and exited at Scribbly. East Ryde back through Blackman Park to work. Started off well moving along a 4:50 pace, then the wheels fell off. Elevated heartrate, breathing heavy, all the usual post ultra suspects. Slowed down to finish with 14km-5:02/km pace.

Still good to get out there on a beautiful spring day.
