12pm- 28C and 59% Humidity.

Ran the "Longueville Loop" run today which is basically from work at Lane Cove to Longueville Peninsula via River Rd and back out through Riverview College returning to work via Lane Cove West. Did 5 laps Kingsford-Smith oval at Longueville. Felt much better today, cruised the hills and kept good form the whole time, despite the hot conditions.
