Steady College

6:50am- I had planned on a lunchtime run, but when I heard the weather forecast was for 31C in the city I thought I'd go earlier and knock off a bit of a fartlek session.
Did my usual college loop to Riverview and Longueville and mixed some medium pace running with some sub 4minute pace stuff.
A great morning for it and I'm thankful to get this one done early.
