Loops and Laps

12pm- Ran the Longueville loop with a few laps of the oval at the end of the peninsula.
The usual affair, felt pretty scratchy to begin with but came good. Wanted around 5min pace after yesterdays faster stuff so was pleased to come away with a comfortable 14.3km-4:46/km.
