Drizzle Delight

12pm- Man, I love running in the rain. Got away under dark grey skies today looking decidedly like a big wet was on the way. Instead it just trickled down and then the drizzle came. I was plodding along at an easy 5:20/km pace, but that was boring so I started running harder through the college, up and over the hills. 4:25 pace felt so much better, HR was fine so I didn't feel like I was over taxing the body post PMC. A good warm down and stretch afterwards, legs felt quite fresh today.
