Virtual Trailwalker

6.30am- After coming to work and watching the second half of the England v Sweden game I hit the trails with Virtual. It was still dark as I set off down by Lane Cove river, any earlier and I would of needed my headlamp. I caught up with Brendan at the Shell servo on Epping Rd and decided to take the trailwaker/boardwalk run to Hunters Hill returning to Lane Cove via Fig Tree bridge. Lots of boardwalk and mangrove and some nice singletrack, soft going underfoot after some overnight rain. Legs felt the best they have this week, hills were no problem.
