Was gonna ride but ran instead

Another big sleep in this morning, I could get used to this, although staying up watching the World Cup, I might need to. Had a vague plan of getting back on the bike this morning, weather permitting, but alas I laced on the running shoes and went for an easy 9kms to Vinyard return.
Felt a bit tardy and was glad to get through it to be honest.
