Striders 10km Lane Cove

Didn't really know what to expect this morning after a fairly big week mileage wise.
Warmer than expected, no need for extra layers.
I went through 5km in 21:25 labouring on the ups but splitting relatively evenly in 4:10-4:15s.
Felt better once we turned around at the gates to split the final 5km in 21:00.
Final km was as usual the fastest in 3:54. Felt like I could of ran a little harder but wasn't overly motivated to. Ran the best part of the race by myself which was unusual for this course, numbers certainly down.
Great to catch up with others afterwards.
