12pm- Easy recovery with Tony and Keith. Ran to Lane Cove, down the Longueville peninsula returning through Riverview college and back to work.
New 2100s today, nice to have some cushioning again.
Legs felt a bit bashed up from yesterday so backed off on the pace.
