Midweek Long

6:15am- Ran to LCNP along the river and through the golf course, entering the park at an overflowing weir. Time to test out the water proofness of the Trabucos, they passed with flying colours. Met up with Virtual and ran back up to the Ryde Rd gates before returning down the hill and exiting the park at Scribblys. Ran with Tony and Dave too, so a good pack this morning.
Felt good and never left the comfort zone strolling around in just over 5 min pace. My mind is starting to think about PMC next weekend now, looking forward to the "sense of journey" one gets after completing this run, definitely more interesting than a looped course.
