Midweek Long

6:30am- It was cold this morning, cold enough to warrant two layers and gloves. Ran down to the weir via Lane Cove river and Fullers Bridge, where Tony and I met up with Virtual. We ran to the Ryde Rd gates and back down to the turn off at Scribblys. Exited at Plassey Rd and made our way through East Ryde and back along the river, returning to work via Blackman Park. Quads felt a lot better today and the pace was easy with lots of chat along the way.
Tony impressed me, getting off a flight from Belgium to join me this morning for the run, what a way to get over jet lag!
