Trailwalker and LCNP Long

6:15am- Got away under dark skies for our midweek long. Virtual and Dave tagged along.
We ran from work down Mowbray Rd and along the river to Fullers Bridge and into LCNP, up to the gates and back down and out at Scribbly Gums. Into East Ryde and hooked up with the GNW trail to Hunters Hill. Ran back to Lane Cove via Burns Bay Rd and Fig Tree Bridge.
A good solid hitout with plenty of soft damp trails, some testing hills and good company.
