New shoes
Took the 2100s (Pauls Warehouse $99) for a run this morning, nice to have some new cushioning. Last pair of 21oos are still good with 1050kms on them!
Did the "college" run with an added loop down Longueville to give me 12km for the morning in 56 mins. Cooler weather made for a more pleasant run. Met Undercover Brother in Chatswood for lunch, good to catch up.

That is a huge amount of km on one pair of shoes Spud!
Either the biomechanics are great or...yeah probably the biomechanics are great...you don't get that lucky!
