Christmas running

Pulled up well after Quarry Rd and had a very festive xmas day. :)
Boxing Day- 13km hilly run from Glenhaven along Bannerman Rd (hills) through Kenthurst and Round Corner Dural. Felt a bit lethargic after a few too many beers and they don't call it the hills district in Sydney for nufing, fking hilly, all good for WS.
Wednesday-10km of hills again to Round Corner-New Line Rd and Hastings Rd- you beauty. Definitely not recovered from C2K though, lingering fatigue and general tiredness, so the pace is pegged back a little with an eye on recovery. Still considering options for the 6-7th Jan, might do Gosford 12hr if i'm recovered enough will see how I pull up after the black Stump 6 days before, am thinking a run along the 6FT might be more appealing however.

Six foot more appealing than 12 hours around in circles? Yes.
