Soggy trails-20km

Ran along the river on very soggy and muddy trails this morning and then into LCNP. Up to the gates and out at Scribbly Gums. Ran into East Ryde and followed the river back to Blackman Park before returning to the office. Great run, lots of fun splashing about in the rain!
