Glasshouse 100 2007
Just a quick update, had a cracker of a run, was delighted to smash the PB by 43 minutes and go sub 20hrs with a 19.39 finish. "Interesting" conditions out there as reported on CR, it was so f**king wet that after 4kms wet feet for the remainder of the day was the go. Still it was great fun especially through the more technical sections. Feet held up really well considering with no blisters at all, used the same shoes throughout (North Face-Electric Pass) and only changed socks and re-lubed once at Base-102kms. Great to see so many new faces on the trail this year with some very good performances. Mellum all finished, so happy times.
Thanks to Vegie-Girl for her crewing/food and transport whilst up there, you're an angel.
