Good weekend.
Busy weekend with the kids, but managed to get on the bike on Saturday for a spin.
I had vague intentions of getting up and doing the Trailwalker Rip and Snip on Sunday morning but instead I ended up sliding out of bed a 8.15am...noice.
Went for a local run to Vinyard, Pitt Town, Box Hill and Maralya. All up 29.km-2.26. It was cold enough to warrant a beanie and gloves and the visibility was excellent with wonderful views out to the mountains.
So a good week that felt easy with all runs at/under 5min pace.
Total 87km- 4:57/km

Cold enough for gloves here too. Haven't resorted to the beanie yet ... well, not in public anyway :-)
Great week Spud, obviously no WS left in those legs.
